I lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to construction best practices in design, bidding, cost control, scheduling, and project turnover. I communicate effectively with operations and senior management regarding project status and risks, contributing valuable insights to the budget process. I manage projects ranging from $100k to over $30 million, working closely with internal and external partners, including accounting, legal, contractors, and vendors. My role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and collaborating to deliver projects on time and within budget. I also evaluate and recommend new value-add opportunities to drive NOI, prepare financial analyses and senior-level presentations, and apply industry knowledge to support revenue growth and business development. I am adept at risk management, leading the entitlement and permitting processes, and ensuring compliance with environmental and NESHAP protocols. Additionally, I prepare and oversee the execution of the annual capital business plan, review construction bids, and provide weekly updates to operating and development teams.
