Scope of the role includes regulatory and financial reporting use cases, as well as internal reporting, MI, forecasting and analytics.Managed a team of product owners and automation specialists to drive out business outcomes and benefits, aligned to the target operating model and business processes. Clear measurement of product outcomes achieved through KPI reporting and completion metrics.

Initiated the Finance Cloud programme through defining the Finance transformation strategy which encompassed business, data and solutions architecture. Defined the multi-year programme implementation roadmap and took the programme through investment case and funding approvals. Setup of Global Programme governance and programme management office, with focus on programme metrics and KPIs. Presided over the successful pilot implementation in the UK in 2020 which delivered significant business, data and technology outcomes.

Led the Regulatory Reporting Change Delivery team, with global responsibility for supporting the change agenda across Global PRA reporting, US FED reporting, and HKMA reporting. Responsible for the business transformation of the RWA reporting teams, as well as technology migrations to Big Data solutions, and then subsequently to Cloud technologies. This involved the design and implementation of native Cloud products to support the Liquidity and RWA reporting use cases, and the business implementation activities to support the migration to Cloud.

Programme manager for a transformation programme aiming to deliver a new operating model, a new Global team based in an offshore location, and a new system solutions developed on Big Data technology to support the production of credit risk RWA data. The role includes significant process re-engineering, offshoring and systems delivery - with a strong focus on quantitative business benefits delivery.

Programme manager for the implementation of a new Consolidation and Reporting Solution to support the PRA Stress Testing reporting requirements. Implemented an initial solution within 5 months to support a Global user base of over 800 users, with significant enhancements progressed for further Stress Testing cycles.

Responsible for defining the systems and data strategy across Capital, Regulatory Reporting and Liquidity Reporting requirements. This included vendor product strategy, data architecture and included defining strategic and interim solution options.Responsible for the definition of the Business Data Requirements and Logical Data Model for supporting Global and Local Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Requirements, as an extension to the RWA Reporting data requirements.
