- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.- Maintain calendar for direct report with a two week buffer, managing 15+ meetings a day.- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.- Arrange corporate events to take place in and outside of the workplace such as fund-raising events, staff appreciation events, banquets and speaking events for company leadership.- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.- Keep track and submit expenses for my direct report, their direct reports as well as myself.- Maintain and troubleshoot various facility electronics (e.g. printers, telepresence rooms.)- Maintain and continually update distribution lists on four different platforms for the office and west region at large.- Maintain, update, pay and expense Weights and Measures fees for 600+ stores in the states of California, Utah and Alaska. - Keep recordings of action items and completions for west region leadership, updated weekly.- Assist communications team in setting up and producing bi-weekly webcast, broadcast to 6,000 employees.- Lead West Region Mobility & Operation engagement team planning monthly events to keep morale high.- Completed Project Management Certification via AT&T internal learning portal.
