How does an honors Finance grad become a Director of Web Development? It all started my senior year of college when I built my own website for my fitness coaching business. I combined my "figure it out" mentality and high attention to detail with YouTube learning to create something that I was proud of.After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Barrett @ ASU, I grew my marketing legs as the Head of Technology for a fintech marketing startup. During my time in that role I wore many hats and developed multiple new skills. Web development remained a significant tool in my belt, as I rebuilt the company website twice and worked with a Healthcare venture capital firm to design, develop, and launch their website.From there I was hired as the Head of Web Development for a rapidly growing dental implant focused DSO. With only one hat to wear and a self-imposed standard of near perfection, my web design & development skills compounded. After a short time, my like-minded entrepreneurial coworkers and I realized we produced significantly better results than our competitors, so we decided it was time to start our own agency.I am now the Co-Founder and Director of Web Development at Elementus Media Group, where uncompromised quality is at the heart of everything we do. We are a modern digital marketing agency that specializes in dentistry. When it comes to marketing, we've found that the large majority of dentists are woefully overlooked and underserved. We're on a mission to change this current reality and set the new standard in dental marketing.Outside of EMG you can find me at the gym, at the golf course, or in the kitchen cheffing up a gourmet meal.
