 Installation of signs and outline lighting systemo Including LED, Florescent Ballast, and neon transformers Maintenance and service of signs and outline lighting systemso Including sockets, can lighting, lamps, rgb controllers and repeaters  Understanding both structural and legal limitation (NEC, OSHA, CIC) of work to be performed  Working hand in hand with middle and upper management to exceed customer expectations Inspection/Operation of heavy equipment and PPE; including but not limited to:o Mobile cranes, Forklift, Overhead hoist system, Boom lift, Sky track, Scissor lift, Aerial lift, Fall Protection, Ladders, Scaffolding and Aerial Stages Supervising jobsiteo Insuring safe work practices and jobsite cleanliness o Maintaining work schedule of all direct reports in fieldo Quality control of both materials used as well as work performed

 Implementing and utilizing safe work practiceso Lock out/ tag out procedures for electrical processeso Audible and visual warning for low/limited visibility areas Assisting maintenance with preventative and mechanical/electrical maintenance of equipment. o Ensuring all employees are accounted for before returning to regular work practices.
