I’ve been in retail since I was about 16 years of age , and honestly I’ve loved it since then. Mostly because I’m a people person and I believe I’m very easy to connect with. I love being energetic and making new connections especially if it’s in a field I’m extremely passionate about which is fashion & styling. I love that I can help clients come in and add pieces that’ll enhance their lifestyle and wardrobe and give them a boost of confidence. I went to school for fashion design at parsons school of design in New York , but I honestly now think about my specialty and it would actually be fashion merchandising and styling; It literally feeds me, I love seeing the clients reaction when I put them in looks I created that they would never think of trying on, they’re always surprised because how much they love it and feel great in. I’m bold and very outside the box so I look to push people from their comfort zone which is what I’m known for and greatly succeed in. Over the years I’ve been able to build great relationships in my field, everyone I’ve been able to meet are so open minded and encouraging, when my peers tend to compliment me it’s always on my performance with a client and how I take them away from being in a store and give my clients an experience and they admire that , with that being said I strive to be a top seller always number one! I try my Best and give it my all in anything and everything I do which also includes motivating my coworkers . I’m loud funny and outspoken but most of all I’m very honest, which allot of my clients Would appreciate about me when I’m working with them. I’m a great salesmen because I listen to the client and their wants and needs and add my special Twist to the mix . I make sure the client is comfortable and loves what they’re trying on; although I need to reach my numbers I don’t make it an overwhelming priority. I want the client to be happy and comfortable and leave the store confidant and satisfied wether it be 100$ sale or a 35,000$ sale, I believe once a client trust me and what I do and brings down their wall only greatness can happen, examining all my past experiences and client transactions one thing stays the same , when a client trust me there’s no limit to how much a client will spend with me. Overall I think I’ve had many great experiences and many learning lessons that have helped me grow and create the salesman I am today.My name is Nickolas Duarte and I am you’re next greatest asset.
