Key Responsibilities: · Contract Administration o Review, develop, interpret, and manage contracts with clients, project managers and subconsultants. o Manage paperwork associated with contracts, including but not limited to: Insurance requirements Cost proposals Rate sheets Prevailing wage compliance o Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts o Follow through with contract terms Request escalations, extensions, modifications, etc. o Respond to any concerns or inquiries · Administrative resource for project managers o Management of project administrative needs Timesheet system accuracy · Invoicing / billing verification o Verify correctness in receivables Ensure escalations are taken Ensure proper use of overhead rate o Confirm billing amount in Timesheet System is translated to billed amount o Verify timesheets in invoice add up to total hours billed o Verify fee charged to client · Insurance verification · Proposal Administration o Review Request for Proposal (RFP) and identify client’s expectations, deadlines, and budgets. o Plan and coordinate with both internal peers and external parties to meet all necessary deadlines. · Other specifically appointed duties Show less
