-Ensure manned mine model is valid and compliant, all waypoints and roads checked virtually.-Ensure load plan boundaries are true and accurate using lidars, surveys and communication from those in field.-Review of truck speeds, speed zones and traction zones to ensure the most efficient fleet given the conditions.-Update and plan paddock and highwall dumps as required ensure best throughput is achieved.-Constant communication with in field builders to drive efficiencies of the mine model.-Assist with any issues that arise with loading tools using terrain and rectify faults to minimize production loss.-Regularly check the surface editor page to ensure a reduction in unnecessary surface points.-Have a deep understanding of mine controlling and assist and train controllers when required.-Escalate any poor communication areas of the mine to relevant personnel to rectify.-Liaise with Field Builders regarding truck recoveries and single lane requirements.-Continually check to optimize haul roads for efficient and smooth traffic flow.-Have an overall deep understanding of the many functions of Minestar and use all tools to maximize production safely and to rectify faults that occur during shift.

-Coordinate all maintenance repairs remotely using CAT Minestar-Communicate to operators and advise on mechanical issues using knowledge and experience of the machinery-Using fleet management skills to drive production efficiencies safely-Use various software programs to remote monitor machinery behaviours and act accordingly-Assissted in the rollout of the Autonomous fleet to Cloudbreak Minesite and prepare procedures and processes for the change-Gained full experience in Mine Control with a sound knowledge in day to day production requirements

-Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on CAT 6060, 6040 & 6030 Excavators & Shovels-Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on Wirtgen 4200 Surface Miners-Diagnose and repair faults and defects on all Excavators, Shovels & Surface Miners-High level of experience working on Cummins engines-Complete planned and unplanned component change outs, shut downs and overhauls on all machinery-Recording of faults to schedule for repairs-Weekly inspections on the fleet of Excavators, Shovels & Surface Miners-SAP experience at tradesman level-Fill in 2IC for Excavator & Shovel crew when required-Safety & Health Representative for Excavator & Shovel team

-Preventative maintenance and repairs on all Komatsu machinery-Major overhauls and shutdowns of Komatsu machinery-Building and commissioning of new machines-Testing, diagnosing and repairs of mechanical and electrical faults-Service reporting-Machine analysis reporting-SAP experience at tradesman level-Direct communication with customers-Experience in mainstream mining Komatsu machinery-High level of experience working on Cummins engines-Experience with Caterpillar machinery including 777 & 785 trucks, 12H & 16H graders-Experience with Hitachi 1900, 2500 & 3600 excavators
