During my time at the company, I developed a grant for a quarter-million dollar solar field and field proposals from energy companies for the planned construction of the site. In addition I was a part of identifying a way to transition a fleet of tractors to new low-emission models through a California Air Board incentive program. During my time here, the company became the first Certified Transitional almond grower by the CCOF in California and a leader in sustainable agriculture. The company went through massive land redevelopment and I was a leader on 300 acre crop redevelopment project and helped organize teams and equipment on strict deadlines. Being a worldwide distributor of almonds working with companies like Clif Bar and Kashi, I oversaw logistics of international and domestic shipment contracts.
