I worked in the Change Management department assisting the overseeing and approving of network maintenance and upgrades on Hydro One's Ontario wide network. Also assisted in developing and generating reports and metrics for workload analysis.

Working at the Rogers I was tasked with helping new and existing customers find solutions for their services that best suited their needs and budgets. Also, I was responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that customers had as well as keeping up to date stock counts on all of the store merchandise.

I started at The Source in Oshawa as a summer employee and got promoted over the span of a year to my current position as a Store Manager. My responsibilities here entail; keeping the store operations and sales running smoothly, training and educating the staff so that they may better their sales techniques and improve their various sales categories, and most importantly dealing with customer's and helping make their experience thoroughly enjoyable and hassle-free.
