As part of the Silk Lab at Tufts University under Professor Fio Omenetto, I developed a biosensor for simple blood alcohol content determination as part of a Master's thesis.Within Professor David Kaplan's lab, I had a role in the research and development of a viable brain disease model for Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s. I also assisted in the development of an open-source bioreactor system to improve 3D cell culture.I have become skilled in the following techniques: western blotting, immunohistochemistry, PCR, bioreactor design, and cell culture.

Internship focused on using 3D printing to prototype oral dosage forms for extended drug release products. Performed iterative CAD, Manufacturing optimization, and mechanical/chemical characterization for novel biomaterials. Contributed to grant reporting and budget management efforts. Upon completion of my internship, I was hired as a full-time consultant.

Performed primary and secondary market research to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan within the medical device design market segment. Responsible for investigating customer voice and competitive landscape as well as search engine optimization and social media strategies.
