The Operations Manager for Adult Medicine and Service Manager for Gastroenterology. Looking at improving the service and supporting the lead consultants and deputy clinical directors, Whilst supporting the Head of Operations and working with the leadership team to move the division forward.Previously managing over 42 staff members working within the adult medicine division. I have over 20 years experience in an office environment carrying out HR, Supply Chain, Compliance, Business Support, Business Continuity and Health and Safety.
