The accounts in which I have had the pleasure to be a part of are TracFone, Amazon, office Depot and American Home Shield. I like most people in the BPO business started my journey from the bottom and have since held multiple positions. I am currently an operations supervisor attached to the frontdoor account supporting our outbound renewals department that has been the number one BPO for the client in which we serve for over two years. I have used my knowledge to train and develop up and coming supervisors, quality analyst, team leaders and trainers using the knowledge gained from my six sigma training along with the readiness training provided.
