With almost 15 years of experience in the third sector, primarily focused on education initiatives, I have cultivated a track record of impactful partnerships and successful project leadership. Over that time I have collaborated with numerous notable corporates including Amazon, British Land, BUPA and WHSmith, as well as working on projects which are government-funded. A seasoned project manager, I also bring over 5 years of experience in team leadership. I have overseen teams of up to 8 individuals, and managed budgets exceeding £700,000. Drawing on my background in performing and teaching improvisation, I leverage strong communication, creativity, and adaptability skills which help me navigate complex challenges and drive innovation. My writing proficiency, underlined by a BAFTA Rocliffe scriptwriting award in 2017, ensures I write compelling proposals and reports. Furthermore, my time in learning and development has equipped me with the expertise to spearhead training initiatives and enact strategic process improvements during periods of organisational change. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact on society.
