With over 20 years of experience in information technology, I am passionate about delivering digital transformation, process optimisation, and automation solutions that enhance business performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage. As the CTO at OKA, a leading British furniture and homeware retailer, I am responsible for redefining and driving the tech roadmap, including ecommerce design and development, across the organisation.In my current role, I am leading the 're-transformation' of OKA's digital ecosystem, redeploying integrations and replacing laborious and resource-intensive processes with more agile and scalable ones. I am also overseeing the migration of the ecommerce platform to a new cloud-based solution that will improve the user experience, increase conversions, and reduce costs. Additionally, I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the marketing, merchandising, and operations teams, to align the tech strategy with the business objectives and customer needs.
