I am the Practice Lead for AI at The Futurum Group. I analyze the use cases for AI across key industries while also examining the infrastructure that underpins the adoption of AI at scale, with Generative AI being a major focus area. I co-founded the technology industry analyst firm 451 Research in 2000, which was acquired by S&P Global in December 2019. I was the lead AI analyst at S&P Global Market Intelligence. I spent 2012-2014 running product marketing at eDiscovery and information governance software company Recommind (now part of OpenText). I rejoined 451 Research in 2015 and held various senior management roles at 451 Research in New York and London since 1999. Prior to starting 451 Research, I was a financial and technology journalist with ComputerWire (now part of Datamonitor) in London and New York.
