My primary responsibilities were developing full stack solutions for reporting health insurance utilization metrics internally and to client companies.I architected and implemented a cloud-based automated system to generate PowerPoint reports and distribute them to thousands of enterprise and government clients. This reduced overhead significantly because it was no longer necessary for internal employees to log in to an application to download these PowerPoints individually, then send them to clients.I designed and built an application usage tracking dashboard for a web application to give stakeholders insights on user engagement. This allowed us to focus product design decisions on what users were actually using and consider how we might improve what they were not using. Front end developer implementing a wide range of features in a new electronic health record system, allowing for the eventual sunset of an older legacy system. I built a brand new module to track and chart various aggregate patient health statistics in one convenient place, providing physicians and dialysis practices with insights into the health of their patient population over time and potentially influencing healthcare decisions.I created an internal admin dashboard within the EHR application to allow admin users, such as L3 support, to manage user access to various parts of the application. This proved extremely useful for testing, as well as dealing with production support issues. It reduced the time required for this process and the necessary number of people involved at any one time.For much of my time, I worked on a team focused on a specific subset of users who managed dialysis practices. We built a special module for them that allowed them to manage the administration of their practices from within the same EHR application, negating the need for separate software, or even paper. It saved them a significant amount of time and just made their jobs easier.
