I am the Visionary Officer (VO) at The Franchise Group (TFG) formerly Franchise Studios, an award-winning creative and strategic marketing agency located in Boston and the Southcoast of Massachusetts. I bring many assets to the design process including proficiency in film & motion graphics, event creative & production, and new media as well as an affinity for new collaborative processes and technologies.In 2002 I moved to Savannah, Georgia to receive my MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design. My thesis on consumerism vs. anti-consumerism earned me top honors and an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in 2004. I began my career producing features and short films before moving back to Massachusetts and working for Big Picture Media & Events as a video editor and motion graphics artist. In 2005 I went out on my own landing several large clients, most notably ConnectEdu, t-mobile and AT&T, forming Franchise Studios (FS). Today TFG is flourishing with an ever growing list of regional, national, and global clients.As a VO I have worked predominantly in event/event production as well as in film; directing / producing commercials and marketing videos. I have worked in these fields for such clients as Allianz, Apple, AT&T, Hitachi, Meta, Rosetta Stone, and Yamaha. I have also spent considerable time in the Conference and Trade Show field as a Producer and Executive Producer for several companies including: Blue Yonder, Deltek, GE Healthcare, Hitachi, Meta, Microsoft, Snap Inc., The Trade Desk, and VISA.My passion for film and video have resulted in Emmy nominations, multiple Davey, Telly and w3 Award's, a Lamplighter and appearances in the Short Films Corner at the Cannes Film Festival as well as the Red Gallery, Siggraph, DocFeed, Rhode Island International Film Festival and more. I have also worked with clients like webMethods (now SoftwareAG) to design and edit a video that was projected on the outside of the Nasdaq Building in Times Square.
