I co-founded the RadioDNS Hybrid Radio Project, and guided its growth to an established international organisation supported by members from North America, Europe and Australia. I oversaw the creation of technical standards for hybrid radio (the combination of broadcast radio and IP technologies), which have been adopted by broadcasters and manufacturers.

As Digital Content Manager, I led the development of the company's multi-platform Content Management System, and delivery of 34 radio station websites, content to DAB Digital Radio, DTV and mobile platforms. I also led discussions on a common streaming platform for commercial radio peered directly with UK ISPs, which forms the basis of Global's current.

I was integral to GWR's DAB Digital Radio project, contributing to the initial licence applications, and launching the first two national commercial radio stations. At the outset, I drew together traditional programming and innovative technology resources to create a new way of producing radio stations.
