He has deep experience in the high-tech, financial services, luxury retail, commercial real estate, travel and hospitality, and professional services industries.In his advisory work, Nick has helped CEOs and other top executives assess organizational health and lead initiatives to improve results. He also brings significant experience in strategic human resource management, helping organizations understand how to create world-class talent systems and winning organizational dynamics.Reflecting his global background, Nick is fluent in four languages: English, French, Farsi, and Russian.
