Responsible for all aspects of night operations including receiving, inventory, labeling, shelf position and storage of all product for sale within the store. Managed a crew of 12 people.

Supervised the merchandising and sales operations of the following departments within the store: lumber, hardware, tool rental, electrical, garden. Responsible for the profit and loss statements, hiring, training, total staffing and supervision for all the departments mentioned.

Responsible for the financials, hiriing, training, supervision of the emmployees within the grocery store operations. Responsible for controling costs and managing the instore merchandising within the confines of the store I managed.

Responsible for all aspects of merchandising for the division including procurment, advertising, pricing, warehousing and transportation. I managed a staff of 35 people with our company doing $7 million in sales each week.
