My early career began as a graphic designer, creating direct mail & taking more in-depth advertising projects from start to finish. This evolved into technical writing for specific product lines and creating original copy for service & marketing oriented material. Directing, editing, & publishing instructional/how to videos. Created & maintain multiple YouTube channels. Reverse engineering the equipment for copy and video needs has allowed me to absorb intimate product knowledge about them. Now with 20+ years experience in the foodservice and beverage dispensing industry alone, I manage technical service and field support training. Often travel on short notice in support of new products, thus developing relationships with both service companies and customers. I've worn many hats in between where I am and where I started taking on may challenges outside my original skill set in order to ensure timely project completions and expand my abilities along the way. Employ a very hands on attitude, independently or in team atmospheres, improve service and assist product development. A quick study, good listener, and am able to not just learn but grasp/apply skills in a very short period of time.
