In 2023, Nick served as second-chair in the Kowalski v. Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital trial, winning a verdict in excess of $250 million.Prior to becoming an attorney, Nick served for 10 years as a U.S. Navy pilot. He flew in Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, earning the Air Medal Strike/Flight for combat sorties over southern Iraq and the Northern Arabian Gulf. Nick continues to serve in the Navy Reserves as a JAG Officer.Nick has formal education in Law, Finance, Economics, and Math. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Nebraska.
