Served as Chief of Staff to the President of Jobplex.Initiated, developed, and implemented internal policies, procedures, best practices, and change management strategies for the Jobplex brand of DHR International as it relates to contract development, recruiting approaches, and CRM/database management, which were often adopted across the DHR International enterprise. Developed talent management strategies in support of the firm's research and recruiting operations. These strategies revolved around workforce planning, performance management, and training & development. Additionally, sought ways to improve firm's ability to track and analyze data and to increase cross-brand collaboration between search consultants to better serve clients with "Total Recruitment and Talent Solutions." Developed and implemented strategic CRM platform global training plan and refined it based on user survey results.

Served as Chief of Staff to the President of Jobplex.Redesigned Jobplex's onboarding and training program for incoming associate (recruiter) hires. Together with the Director of Recruiting & Operations, aligned individual associates with partners, which helped us increase employee engagement, tenure, and effectiveness.In addition to my day-to-day responsibilities, I also project-managed the global roll-out and adoption of the Invenias CRM, a candidate & client management platform. During this time, I also led the Project Team's change management efforts as we transitioned from one platform to the next. Served as primary point of contact to the vendor.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH:I supported the book of business of our firm's President and HR Executive Search Lead, and at one point was juggling both this role and operations management for Jobplex. • Sourced, recruited, qualified, and presented prospective Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits emerging-leader candidates to Fortune 500 clients and managed some client relationships. • Typically handled 10-15+ searches at a given time. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:Co-project-managed the delivery of a job placement program that Jobplex provided in partnership with the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA), an 18-week intensive training to prepare transitioning U.S. military service members for meaningful careers in Cloud Development, Cloud Administration, Cybersecurity Administration, or Database and Business Intelligence Administration. • Managed up to 10 program clients at a time, advising them on resume tailoring, interview prep, and job searching. • Collaborated with MSSA Leadership Team on capacity planning for our 13 Jobplex team members involved with the program.• Partnered with the Jobplex President to restructure internal team roles and manage the client relationship with Microsoft.• Generated and developed relationships with external hiring partners to MSSA.

I served as a generalist, recruiting candidates from a variety of job functions and industries. I sourced, screened, and delivered candidates for partner review. Managed 8-10 searches for emerging-leader roles at a given time.
