Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current-Responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition across multiple business units which includes heavy candidate sourcing -Strong concentration on technical and healthcare recruiting-Build and manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates alike; taking care to demonstrate CorVel Core Values in the recruiting process, ultimately enhancing and championing CorVel’s employer brand-Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements-Utilize appropriate social media and other forums to source and drive traffic to CorVel’s website and external career pages-Apply knowledge of State, Federal and local employment law obligations to ensure compliant recruiting practices are applied and enforced-Monitor trends and developments in sourcing tools and technology for candidate recruiting and makes recommendations as appropriate-Utilization of UKG ATS for resume collection and recruitment data reporting-Manage relationships with career centers and student and diversity organizations at relevant colleges and universities-Works with internal Human Resources Team to ensure best possible candidate experience; streamlining processes to attract top talent
