When coaching leaders my focus is to understand and leverage both the inner connection with themselves and the inter-personal connection with their stakeholders. With an inner connection leaders deepen their self awareness which allows authentic inter-personal connections and collaborations. When coaching teams the complexity and number of inter-personal connections increases and the possibiliites increase too. I believe in the power of teams.
