Nick got into the real estate business in the year 2000 while attending Cal State University Long Beach. While having a successful real estate career he helped to launch a franchise for a national real estate brokerage. He helped to develop the training and systems for this company and began to coach real estate agents. As a student and coaching client of Mike Ferry and Tim Harris at the Harris Real Estate University he developed a passion for mentoring agents to high levels of success. In 2009 he moved to a local Long Beach boutique brokerage as manager and mentor to top producing agents. In 2015 he decided to restart his real estate career with his partner Joy while continuing to manage. Most recently in 2016 Nick moved his sales business to Keller Williams Pacific Estates and took the position of Productivity Coach and broker associate.Specialties: Training, mentoring and coaching.
