My role is to help develop the Used Vehicle Approved Programmes and develop service plan and warranty business for Nissan and Renault.I specialise I helping the Manufacturer and Dealer network generate additional used vehicle sales by analysing key KPI's and using sales tools I have developed throughout my career.The key area's of focus are often not rocket science but having simple to follow processes in place that are followed and adopted by the sales teams and management.Small changes in a number of different area's can often make a large difference to the GPPU & sales volumes,

Senior Dealer Development Manager, To improve dealer used sales and profitability, Manager of 3 feild staff covering the UK and Scotland. The role was developed around the JLR Approved Programme, but taken to the next level by supporting retailers and helping them generate additional used vehicle sales in a more profitable way, By improving unit sales by 3 or 4 units / month this could have a big impact on the overall unit sales over the year and make the difference between missing and hitting the retailers used vehicle objective . The key to the success was highlighting small process changes by using best practice and tools developed over my time in the role.

To develop and maintain the Land Rover Approved Used Vehicle ProgrammeTo assist the dealers to increase used vehicle sales by implementing best practice processes and procedures. To coach dealer staff to understand and implement the used vehicle programme.To liase with Manufacturer staff on a regular basisTo increase Approved Used Warranty sales and hit pre set sales targets.To regularly visit Land Rover dealers in my area and liase with staff at all levels

To ensure the smooth running and development of the Porsche Approved Used Car Programme.To ensure all used Porsche cars are prepared for sale to Approved standard, this includes a comprehensive technical inspection.Train all relevant Porsche centre staff to fully understand the Approved Used Car Programme.To liase with Manufacturer staff and report after every visit.To increase Approved Used Warranty sales and hit pre set sales targets.To offer a professional service to all customers internal & external.To regularly visit all the Porsche centres in my area.

Field Based

To develop existing Nissan dealer account base.To prospect and recruit none supporting dealers. To train centre staff on warranty products and develop salesTechniques.To Regularly Liase with Manufacturer Zone Field Personnel.
