As a mental health clinician at ARISE CNY, I provide individual and group counseling to people with and their families, using evidence-based and holistic approaches. I have a master's degree in mental health counseling from SUNY Oswego, and a certification as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have over two years of experience in the mental health field, including a six-month stint as a crisis counselor at Contact Community Services, where I assisted callers in distress and offered referrals and resources. I also interned at the outpatient clinic of ARISE CNY for 11 months, gaining valuable skills and insights into the needs and challenges of the population I serve. I am passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals, and I use my counseling, communication, and writing skills to create and deliver effective and engaging interventions and programs.I am always eager to learn new skills and methods, and to collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders in the field.
