Responsible for all company design: from market analysis to product concept and engineering.Under my direction the design team was instrumental in the ability of Uhuru to secure a business partnership with Steelcase, and resulted in company wide sales increase of over 90% in the 2019 fiscal year.Built, directed and managed a team of ten domestic and international design and art personnel who could rapidly produce concepts, products and content.Maintained constant dialogue with fabricators across our supply chains to quickly update designs, and telegraph changes as necessary to our marketing and e-comm platforms.
