About me...Hi, I’m NickOriginally from Santiago, Chile, before moving to Northwest London only a few weeks old.A husband, and father to two boys and a Eurasier.I love spending time with family and friends, especially as all our lives are hectic! I enjoy playing sports, especially football, tennis and golf. An avid Chelsea and Formula one fan, going to matches and races where I can. I’ve always admired sports professionals, closely observing metaphorically that leadership, peak performance and teamwork are all principles I’ve learned to finding and placing the best executive talent in our market.About my journey…I founded the Robert Cavendish Executive Search brand in my 20’s. Nothing gets me out of bed like knowing I love the work I do.Over the years, I’ve built meaningful connections within the sector – these are where the real value lies for any clients who wish to partner with me and the Robert Cavendish brand. I personally find it incredibly interesting to get to know people, their companies and their career paths. This is what drives my passion for finding and placing the best talent.I’ve learnt through experience that most, if not all, companies that exist today want to hire the best talent. Unfortunately, many organisations expect to beat their competition without appropriately hiring, promoting and retaining their top talent.This is why I started Robert Cavendish. My team and I really care and we want to give our clients the belief that they can trust us with their objectives and ambitions to turn their workforce into a dream team.For over 10 years, I’ve built a strategic network of high-profile Board members and Executives. I am relentless at monitoring the talent pool and needs of my clients. Our clients range from FTSE and listed firms in Banking and Insurance, to new entrants and challengers in Financial Services, closely working with Founders and majority shareholders.It’s this partnership approach that’s enabled us to place over 100 Executives, across a variety of corporate services functions.But it doesn’t end there. The Robert Cavendish brand is restless in its continuous search for and placing the best in the business and I’m still keen to grow my connections.
