Spanning over 25 years in the IT domain, my career has been a testament to strategic innovation, operational excellence, and transformative leadership which is originating from an 11-year tenure as a Business Operations Manager in Frankfurt, Germany. In 2017, I relocated to Austin, TX, USA. Here, I joined the pioneering pre-opening team at the Fairmont Austin, which is with 1,048 rooms and nearly 140,000 square feet of meeting space one of the brands biggest Hotels in NCA. Fueled by a passion for leveraging technology, I've seamlessly transitioned into pivotal IT leadership roles, first as an IT Manager and subsequently as the IT Director, steering the hotel's technological landscape to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience. In my role, I've successfully implemented significant cost-saving strategies, optimized our IT infrastructure for unparalleled reliability, and ensured the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.
