Nick acts as a leader and a point-of-knowledge for inclusive design, accessibility, wayfinding, and experience design across Gensler’s global offices and diverse project teams. He develops strategicwayfinding, signage, and placemaking solutions based in inclusive design praxis for several types of projects, including airports, civic and college campuses, mixed-use developments, and workplaces.Nick also performs inclusive design and accessibility audits for clients, assessing their physical spaces and accommodations as well as their internal policies and practices around inclusion and belonging, working alongside clients to develop inclusive design guidelines.Nick is active within company culture: he co-founded Gensler’s LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, leads internal efforts and research related to accessibility, inclusive design, and wayfinding, and mentors student interns.Nick was promoted to Associate in 2021 in recognition of years of leadership and impact across Gensler’s offices and regions.
