• Co-ordination of the global digital marketing campaign for Vodafone’s Message+ app. Currently, the app has had over 500,000 downloads.• Governance of Vodafone’s new Employee Branding Format, including roll out of strategic and executional guidelines of the advertising approach across 21 markets• Management of Group led global SIM packaging - simplified the global SIM packaging solutions from over 50 different designs to 6. • Support the administration of Vodafone’s global media agency relationship - auditing of budgets for 21 markets

• Created and managed engaging copy for the Vodafone intranet page - 65% increase in viewing figures on key articles• Co-ordinated internal comms campaigns for various Vodafone products - led to 95% engagement at various Vodafone sites• Acted as the leading comms support for various different areas, supporting the Internal Communications Business Partners

• Played an integral role in the launch of the Pay as you go Facebook page, coordinating the content calendar and liaising the with the agency responsible for creating the page, with the page receiving over 20,000 likes in the time I was there• Engaged with a number of different sources to create a dashboard that measured the level of customer satisfaction with Vodafone customers and provided product managers with the knowledge on what areas needed improvement. During this time, NPS rose by 50%

• Researched and wrote copy for over travel guides aimed at affluent travellers - all are available for download online• Liaised with hotels, restaurants and tourist information boards to obtain photos and information for the guides• Initially joined on a 3 month internship but became a full time employee and moved into areas outside my initial scope, such as design production
