I am a sports management student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a ticket sales intern at One Knoxville SC, a professional soccer club. I have a passion for sports and a strong interest in the business side of the industry. I have developed core competencies in sales, sales operations, and customer service through my academic and professional experiences.As a ticket sales intern, I assist in ticket sales and game day operations, as well as handle inbound customer inquiries via email and phone. I also helped with ticket transactions as a ticket service coordinator for four months. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that strives to create the best fan experience possible.
