Transformation Programme Training Lead
CurrentI was tasked with undertaking the training programme from Learning needs analysis, training design through to the facilitation and evaluation throughout four phases over three business sites for a total of approximately 500 existing colleagues over a 24 month period for a programme to launch a new operating Platform to simplify ways of working. The focus of the design for all bespoke training was to enable practical facilitation of each course planning and designing professional, compliant easy to follow training materials across a multi-skilled operational business.
