A founding member of the Executive team of FF I built the company from the ground up, funded from an internet billionaire from China. Building upon my learning at Jaguar, Lotus, Tesla and others places I laid the technical foundation for the VPA platform on which the FF family of future vehicles was to be based. I built the original business plan and established the principals and culture around which we wanted FF to grow. I have a deep passion and commitment for the creation of a world class automotive company with a superior environment and a progressive culture. We built a company that was all about talent, challenges, opportunities and delivering disruptive new products that would one day change the world for the better! FF’s products were envisioned to enhance lives and bring a more sustainable future. We pulled together highly collaborative executive staff with very motivated team members, hired from some of the best automotive and high technology companies in the world. We created a very progressive culture with a solid Leadership team that believed in open communication, clear direction and a motivational environment and purchased an extensive R&D center in Los Angeles to provide the team with all the facilities and equipment needed to deliver our plans and dreams.FF had an initial 3 years of fast progress, building the team and the products, culminating in Jan 2017 with the successful launch of the FF91 built on the VPA platform. However due to the failure of promised funding during 2017 our plans fell behind, and despite some investment in 2018, it became apparent that the plans for FF could no longer be realized.
