CurrentDevelopes successfulrelationships through account development, referral networking, creating self-generatedbusiness leads as well as following up on marketing generated leads. Positions add-on features and transaction-based revenue generating units to new and existing ACST clients.Identifies customer and prospective customer needs using selling techniques andproduct knowledge to pair them with the appropriate ACST product(s). Also assists thecustomer in making a buying decision with ACST. Additionally, positions ACST cultureand experience in the industry to the market that we serve in a positive manner.● Makes effective outbound sales calls for lead follow-up / generation in order to gain new clientsand nurture existing ones.● Actively engages with existing clients in order to increase transaction based revenues and newfeature adoption.● Maintains a professional and positive relationship with software sales team in order to gainshared leads and follow-up.● Acts as the “voice of the group” to ensure effective communication between the sales team,other departments, management and other stakeholders.● Offers insight to sprint planning and sales strategy as it relates to increased feature adoptionand increased transaction based revenues.● Effectively prioritizes and manages opportunities and activities so that leads are advancedthrough the process to become closed:won.● Maintains accurate records in the CRM and adequately notes reasons for sales losses and/ordelays in purchases.● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-artpractices; participating in professional societies.● Performs other duties not otherwise listed as required by the company.
