As a leadership team, we achieved the following results over ten years: Doubled company revenue (from $311 million to $700 million). Increased EBITDA from $67 million to $102 million. Added 57 new Portillo’s locations, including six new states. Built our off-premise business from 4% of sales ($12 million) to 23% of sales ($175 million).While at Portillo’s, I oversaw four great teams: 1. Brand Marketing & Communications2. Guest Services3. Field Marketing & Brand Partnerships4. Off-Premise Dining, including Portillo's Catering and third party delivery I led the digital transformation team that managed our online ordering platform. I served as a leader on our menu strategy team, real estate approval committee, and as a member of our Heart of Portillo’s Fund board of directors (team member crisis support). Menu launch highlights include Heart-Shaped Cake LTO (best-selling limited time offer ever), Spicy Chicken Sandwich (best-selling chicken sandwich), Rodeo Burger (best-selling bacon burger), and Garden Dog (best-selling vegetarian item). I co-led our “Restaurant of the Future” initiative to decrease the size of our new restaurants without sacrificing production capacity. We reduced the cost of new buildings from $7.5 million to under $5 million. We also launched three “Portillo’s Pick Up” locations, which are drive thru and mobile ordering locations only (no dine-in), at less than a $4 million build cost. -
