• Full cycle recruitment for the UX department from passive sourcing, negotiation, to onboarding• Manage full cycle recruitment for contingent workers in Financial Products • Immigration conversations with prospective candidates with issues from CPT, OPT, OPT STEM, H1B etc.• Boolean search via LinkedIn Recruiter, EFinancial Careers, & other external sites• Conduct phone, video, and inhouse interviews for roles such as data scientists, interaction designers, and quant researchers• Manage all ATS SLA’s to meet specific deadlines for each applicant or prospective candidate in the system• Partner with various recruitment agencies maintaining a high candidate flow with continuous communication with the business ensuring timely feedback• Disposition candidates during same day interviews and via phone conversations• Work with business SME’s to identify KSA’s for job descriptions and postings• Utilize Textio to identify exceptional keywords to grab potential candidates attention on career sites• Conduct monthly campus recruitment talks to visiting universities lasting from 15-45 minutes• Acting facilitator of summer internship program ensuring proper training and guidance is provided• Appointed SME in Workday, Yello & Bloomberg’s internal systems• Collaborated with multiple recruiters globally to lead the design of a best practice guide for phone interviews• Attend multiple events as recruitment lead for areas throughout financial products• Follow a strict EVP to speak on behalf of the organization ensuring specific talking points are met when speaking with candidates• Continually strive to improve sourcing strategies, market knowledge, and development of new tactics to identify and attract new talent• Manage global recruitment hotline and email ensuring timely feedback• Provide administrative support to recruiters and Talent Acquisition team for the Financial Products (The Terminal) businesses of Bloomberg LP

• Assist in streamlining and developing new onboarding initiatives for all FSO new hires• Reorganize over 150 new hire email attachments, making them easily accessible in a custom SharePoint site• Create and manage social media Yammer page for all FSO experienced hires to collaborate • Maintain and reclassify finance expenses for all FSO onboarding exceeding $10 million in charges• Identify and update documents that are useful to new hires during the onboarding process• Serve as point of contact, directing and answering questions about the onboarding process from new hires, facilitators, and recruiters• Assist with employment verification documents in orientation• Create training materials and tasks for short term interns on the onboarding team • Combine large data sets to create bench time scorecard for FSO Advisory hires coming through the pipeline, ensuring little time on the bench• Assist in the collection and analysis of new hire survey results related to their first year at the firm• Develop weekly hiring reports in excel, showing the number of candidates accepted and target goals that are met for all of Americas campus recruiting• Utilize Taleo & Recsolu (Yello) to plan multiple mega day events for over 100 selected candidates for FSO Assurance• Develop and oversee new and improved first day orientation program for Financial Services• Oversee more than 60 Financial Services Office new hires weekly for the first three days of the onboarding process• Maintain scheduling for first day orientation facilitators throughout the year
