In 2022 Nick founded Selbourne Estates to deliver bespoke, high end residential homes in Surrey and Sussex. Selbourne uses the highest quality materials to create a pared back luxury that mixes a contemporary flow and function with traditional architectural proportions; built the right way with no shortcuts to deliver homes that have the confidence to sit solidly in their surroundings without shouting about it. Provenance and sustainability are essential to the Selbourne philosophy and our contractors and sub contractors share our passion. Many of our suppliers are family businesses going back generations and we work with the most skilled craftsmen using local materials wherever possible.
