Manage all audio-visual operations across the Museum campus. Responsible for maintenance and upgrades to audio/visual systems in theater and event spaces, developing multi-camera live streaming infrastructure, and logistical support for all video production efforts. Manage a team of 3 event support technicians and 3 content producers.Accomplishments:Designed and engineered a video production studio for the Museum’s Digital division, streamlining production efforts for digital asset capture and multi-camera live streaming.Developed hybrid event capability in all spaces, for both internal usage as well as a service offering for external customers renting event space.Guided the video production team through the Museum’s digital transformation, which saw a period of exponential channel growth to 100,000+ YouTube subscribers and a global reach of 20M engagements per month.

Worked to implement the company’s first analog video digitization workflow, allowing conversion of tape-based analog media to digital files.
