During my time at PNC (now 'Invomo') I managed the Trinity Mirror mobile content account - monetising mobile content across all of Trinity Mirror's national and local newspaper titles. I successfully transitioned the account from a failing CMS to new, outsourced content platform, provided refreshed content, put in place accurate reporting and increased revenues across the board.I also worked extensively with PNC's new business function to develop and implement various client wins, including a speech recognition project for Virgin Mobile.

At ATS I was responsible for managing revenue-generating IVR accounts for media owners such as News International, The Guardian and the Belfast Telegraph.
