I am a Director of Data & Technology at Confused.com, the UK's leading price comparison website and part of the RVU Group. With over 12 years of experience in the data and technology field, I have developed a passion for driving data-driven innovation and transformation across the Group's products and services.In my current role, I lead the Group's largest data and technology function, ensuring excellent high performing people, culture and ways of working. I am accountable for the Confused.com data platform and identifying opportunities to grow the Group's data across our biggest product lines. I have developed and launched a series of Data and AI services on Azure Databricks, enabling marketing and product development and optimisation. I have also co-led a new unique customer-led proposition, that was grounded in a detailed understanding of what the consumer wants and alignment of talent across product, technology, data and analytics.
