I am a Director of Data & Technology at Confused.com, the UK's leading price comparison website and part of the RVU Group. With over 12 years of experience in the data and technology field, I have developed a passion for driving data-driven innovation and transformation across the Group's products and services.In my current role, I lead the Group's largest data and technology function, ensuring excellent high performing people, culture and ways of working. I am accountable for the Confused.com data platform and identifying opportunities to grow the Group's data across our biggest product lines. I have developed and launched a series of Data and AI services on Azure Databricks, enabling marketing and product development and optimisation. I have also co-led a new unique customer-led proposition, that was grounded in a detailed understanding of what the consumer wants and alignment of talent across product, technology, data and analytics. My mission is to provide effective strategic data direction across the Group and to deliver the collective data and digital vision, strategy and execution.
