Project Definition included negotiation of a £3m delivery and operational cost discount from the IT supplier community, and involved managing IT, operational and 3rd party delivery teams.Contract ended in accordance with the Bank's 51 week rule, at which time Project delivery was on target for the agreed August and September implementation dates.Also accountable for the Inception and Definition phases of a related Project to migrate the Warehouse / risk reporting operational support processes from the 3rd party supplier into permanent Bank teams. Responsibility included managing definition of required process breakdown, identification (and Management agreement) of target areas and resource requirement, and associated cost analysis and budget allocation.
