In 2018, I founded tekFinder. My mission was simple; build an agency that I would want to work at if I was a recruiter & adds value to the community.tekFinder is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in software engineering, product, data, project services & design. We've helped small start-ups right through to large banks in Sydney build out their technology teams. Companies like ROKT, ZipCo, UBank, NAB and many startups all trust tekFinder to find them software engineers, product owners & data engineers.We deeply understand our verticals and our consultants have built technology teams with some of Australias leading brands. In 2024 I founded tekFoundation; a platform that connects charities, community groups and other not-for-profits with tech professionals that can portion some of their skills & expertise for free.
