In my previous role, I relentlessly focused on helping refractive practices grow their LASIK volume. - I ran, tested, and optimized phone training with staff to increase conversion of cold, 'price shopping' inbound calls to in-the-door LASIK consultations. - I also shadowed, trained, and guided LASIK counselors with consultation scripts to increase consult-to-surgery conversions, growing the practice's bottom line. I have helped train practices with conversion rates north of 85%, excluding non-candidates. - Lastly, as a sought out authority on social media in the ophthalmology space, I leaned on my strong understanding of digital media to help grow my practices. I've taught, consulted, and implemented many successful digital marketing and social media campaigns for my accounts. Resulting in an influx of new LASIK leads in an otherwise flat market.

- Worked as a social media and Internet marketing consultant to multiple local businesses, teaching them how to identify their goals, set up, engage, execute, and provide value in various social media channels. - Previously worked with plastic surgeons, on lead generation techniques to bring in new business. - Changed gears to exclusively work with ophthalmologists creating successful LASIK marketing campaigns. - Currently helping ophthalmologists turn their web traffic into leads, then leads into paying LASIK patients.

- Responsible for entire sales & marketing campaign using such techniques as developing relationships with people of influence, web marketing, direct mail, direct email campaigns, small and large events, referrals, etc.

- Wrote, rejected, retained, evaluated, and educated new and existing customers for personal lines customers via inbound calls serving both Allied and Nationwide Insurance. - Successfully engaged in conversations with customers via Twitter, quoting and binding policies from leads individually obtained from Twitter.

- Analyzed work with attention to detail for errors and processing trends of Nationwide’s commercial policies.

- Received inbound calls from insureds and agents consisting of billing questions, policy inquiries, and requests to complete endorsement changes.
