Responsible for the growth of new and existing business in the Aviation and Travel division of DHL.

In this role I was responsible for managing the relationships with 24 airlines during the most challenging time in aviation history. Key achievements were negotiating new terms on existing contracts that ensured Stansted was in the best possible position to recover from the pandemic.

Led the team that was responsible for the account management of Passenger, Cargo and General Aviation. Overall EBIT responsibility was c.£80m. Responsible for business development in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Key achievements include: Emirates, Jet2, Scandinavian and Turkish Airlines all launching from Stansted.

A senior role within the Commercial team. The main aim of this role was to bring new airlines to London Stansted Airport.

Responsible for supporting businesses to take full advantage of international trade opportunities. This role linked directly with the Government Department for International Trade. Account managing the inward investment leads from the Jiangsu Province in China and helping the companies to operate in the UK.

As a Commissioner I delivered specific housing development projects and activities for Essex County Council.I provided commercial advice and guidance for internal and external partners on housing development, ensuring that project outcomes were met and best value for money was achieved for the tax payer.

I worked on projects that helped to deliver the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Essex. The focus of the role was attracting and training volunteers (Games Makers) for the Mountain Bike venue.
