Reduced remote database segments for the CRM system to a manageable size for notebook computers.Responsibilities:- Manage ‘CRM Soft’ – a Client Relationship Management system used by the sales staff. Manage and maintain the intranet forms allowing them to be more user friendly and easier and quicker to complete with the use of AJAX pages. Maintained and developed the Access database (Peugeot Administration and Peugeot Utility System). Supported and enhanced the access database (Matchstick) with a Sybase backend to enable in-house users to match the millions of records of vehicles and their parts. Manage the support and development of the NVR (New Vehicle Requisition) system (Dataflex DOS based – early 4GL). Introduced a Bulk Ordering Request process via the Intranet and was responsible for NVR 24/7 (call-out) application support. Responsible for the EDI Application support. Manage, maintain and configure a Client Relationship Management System. Introduced to various Support Tasks within the Fleet Administration area of the company. Responsible for various bespoke and third party applications to enable the business areas to function as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
