As an experienced leader for almost 40 years I have been building sales teams, establishing targets, and creating environments conducive to peak-level performance. I am a seasoned entrepreneur with a varied and valuable experience leading various organizations to success across the financial services sector. On March 1, 2020, I was appointed as President of the Pace Law Corporation. Prior to this role I was elected the role of Chief Executive Officer of Pace Global Advantage – a division of the Pace Law Corporation- from September 2019 to March 2020. Pace Global Advantage (PGA) was founded in 2011 with the main goal to provide business facilitation support to Pace Immigration. PGA today serves international businesses, and individuals who want to enter the North American market.The Pace Law Corporation has been in existence since 1981. Today at across the firm, there are more than 120 legal professionals across five offices in Ontario servicing clients in over thirty-eight different languages. Pace Law Corporation helps clients achieve positive outcomes across its various divisions in litigation, personal injury law, immigration law, and in establishing business interest in Canada. At present, I am also the President of Micari Consulting Inc., a private consulting company. Micari Consulting Inc. works in the areas of strategic growth planning, business evaluation and business development, with a focus on international business. In September 2020 I was appointed as a board member on the Finance Committee for the Humber River Hospital Foundation. During my tenure I plan on using my extensive history and acquired knowledge in leading top financial institutions to help raise awareness for the Humber River Hospital Foundation. In June of 2022 I was appointed President of the Humber River Hospital Foundation Board. It is my goal to let the entire community know about the great things that this hospital does! It is an honour to serve as the President.
